The personal information collected from customers may be used for the purposes set out below. We will not use personal information for any purpose other than for those listed below without the customer’s prior consent. (a) Providing products or services to customers; (b) Identifying and verifying customers; (c) Communicating with customers regarding services and products; (d) Providing advertisements, surveys, and targeted campaigns to customers; (e) Reviewing marketing activities or services in order to make improvements; (f) Developing or marketing new products and services; (g) Providing customer service, such as responding to questions or complaints from customers and resolving disputes; (h) Providing advertisements, and information on events and campaigns related to products or services of affiliated companies of WATSON; and (i) Contacting job applicants, conducting recruiting activity, and preparing analytical data.
WATSON may share with a third person other than an outsourced company provided in Section 1, personal information for the purpose set forth in the preceding Section 2 in compliance with the applicable personal information protection laws. The type of personal information to be shared are as follows: (a)Name; (b) Email address; (c) Address; and (d) Telephone number. The companies receiving the personal information are as follows: (e) FUKAE KASEI CO., LTD. (WATSON’s affiliated company which manufactures the products.) (f) WATSON Bio Lab USA. (WATSON’s affiliated company in the United States.)”
